  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch pan with foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in cocoa powder and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light. Add the butter-cocoa mixture and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate chips and pipe onto the brownies in a spider web pattern.
