  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares (approximately 4 inches each).
