  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, apple vinegar, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
